Our policy does not permit any returns. All sales are final due to hygiene reasons. Please check your order before payment as our sizing is completely accurate. Unfortunately at this time we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange at this time.
Refunds (if applicable)
We do not offer any refunds. However, if you decide to cancel your order before dispatch send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not accept exchanges at all due to hygiene reasons. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival which should not happen as all items are quality checked before shipping. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will assist you further.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your defective or damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
